I can't view videos, they are FREEZING

If you are trying to view or download one of my video lessons and the video FREEZES halfway, it's probably because your system cannot handle the high resolution video.

This is most likely due to lack of memory or slower internet speed, and happens most frequently ON TABLET OR MOBILE PHONE, but it can also happen on computers.

Solution 1: Restart your device or your internet

The first thing to try -- especially if you are on a computer -- is to restart your system. Shut it the device completely, wait a few seconds and restart. This clears the memory of the device and lets you start fresh.

If possible, you can also try restarting your internet modem, or postponing view the video until you have access to higher speed internet.

Solution 2: View the video at a lower resolution (quality)

If restarting does not solve the problem -- especially if you are on a tablet or mobile, which usually has less memory available -- then try viewing the video at a lower resolution.

Step 1: Locate the video settings

Go to the video page and locate the small gear on the lower right side of the video, when the controls are being displayed.

Step 2: Open the Quality Settings

Under the Settings you will find two options, Speed and Quality. Tap or click on Quality.

By default, the Quality is set to Auto. You can change this and try lower resolutions.

Step 3: Change to a lower setting

Try lower the speed until you can find one your device can handle.
