Tutorial 016: Rectangular Abacus Pendant

Level: Intermediate

If you are the fidgety type, then make this one for yourself: you can roll those beads around and around endlessly. Learn how to create a pendant resembling an abacus: add different colored beads for an explosion of color.

 

Materials for the pendant:

  • 1-foot 18-ga or 16-ga wire (dead soft or half-hard)
  • 4 to 5-feet 26-ga or 28-ga wire (dead soft)
  • 20 8-mm or 9-mm colorful rondelle or round beads
