Downloadable tutorials are NOT refundable, since delivery is immediate. If you do not receive your tutorials due to email problems or spam filters, please email me and I will send you the links again. Worse case scenario, I will email you the lessons as attachments -- we'll get the lessons to you!

refund policy for jewelry

Since all jewelry is totally handcrafted many pieces might have slight natural irregularities.

If you are not happy for any reason with your jewelry, just send it back within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges).

repairs & damages

Eni Oken's jewelry is guaranteed of being without defect or your money back.

Please note that woven jewelry is more delicate than most types of industrially produced pieces. If your jewelry is damaged and requires repair, there will be a repairing fee depending on the extent of the damage.
