Tutorial 031:
Quarter-foil Link

Level: Intermediate


The word quatre-feuille represents a kind of ornamentation which has four lobes or foils. This link is so easy to make you can create dozens of them right in front of the TV. It can be used for bracelets, earrings and necklaces.


Materials needed for each link:

  • 13-inches 26-ga or 28-ga wire (dead soft)
  • One 7-mm Rose-montee (rhinstone on prongs)
  • Four small 2-mm or 3-mm beads
  • Eight medium 3-mm or 4-mm pearls (preferably half-dome shape)
