Organizing wire
I've received an email asking a question about how to organize wires:
I have those plastic folders with various pockets, the kind used for receipts, and just added tags with the various gauge numbers. Each orll of wire goes into the proper pocket. This way it's easy to carry and they don't get mixed up.

I just recently decided to keep my wire in a CD case. I can label the pockets with the guage and hardness to make it easy to sort through. I kept it in plastic storage bags, but I found it irritating to search through it all every time. I keep the odds and ends in clear containers made for hardware.
