In my pursuit to find a reliable punch which would cut out 2x2 inch square bijou tiles, I ran into these scalloped punches. The first one I got was too big, the resulting square was about 2 1/8 on the sides, and didn't fit into plastic sleeves. I got a second one, which is just under 2x2 inches.
I thought, "What am I going to do with these two punches?" Here's what turned out:
