My Second Zendala

Ok, I think I'm starting to understand why people get so completely taken by Mandalas and Zendalas. This is SUPER fun! I couldn't resist and made another one! 

This one started on a pre-strung Zendala round tile from Zentangle, Inc. Here is a progression of the line-art:

I used tangles Hypnotic (Elena Hadzijaneva), Echo Lines (Eni Oken), Nacho (Carol Kis), Schiefer (Simone Bischoff) and Zen Gems.

I'm really happy with the shading on this one, I think I have developed a method that works for me, but does not require a fixed source of light as I usually do.

Here is another shot of the final tile. Very cool! 

The round Zendala tile doesn't really fit in my journal 4x4 inch pockets, so I had to attach the tiles to a full page.
